Recovering work

When recovery is offered

The Windows editor can offer unsaved-session recovery after an interrupted session. Open the recovered work, check it and save a normal project copy. Recovery does not replace intentional backups.

Browser recovery

The mobile pilot can retain local recovery data in browser storage. Use its recovery option when offered. Saved project downloads are separate backups you control.

If recovery fails

Keep the original project and any recovery files intact. Tell support what happened and which platform you are using. Avoid sending private artwork unless you choose to share it.
