Accounts and licenses
Website accounts store account and order information. Licensing uses order references and minimal device identifiers. Artwork processing stays on your device. ArtPrepper does not store card details.
Support messages
The contact form stores your reply email, message and optional name, category and app context in a private support inbox. The team uses these details to respond and may send transactional support emails. We use limited anti-abuse checks to protect the form. Use the contact form for privacy questions.
Support messages
We keep open support requests in our private WordPress inbox. Closed requests and their reply history are deleted after 90 elapsed days, except while an intentional retention hold, an active staff edit or unresolved email delivery defers cleanup. Reopening a request starts a new 90-day period when it is closed again. Cleanup uses the site scheduler, so deletion may occur after the cutoff. WordPress deletion does not remove separate email copies, server or provider logs, or backups.
